“Ice Cube stopped by DJ Whoo Kid’s “The Whoolywood Shuffle” on Shade 45 to promote his new basketball league “The Big 3” and explains how it was able to gain such credibility. Cube also speaks on the 25th anniversary of his debut album “Death Certificate”, why “Straight Outta Compton” was successful in the eyes of the public compared to “All Eyez On Me”, his emotions when receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and then hinted at a major announcement. He said he started reaching out to different actors to come together for a new “Friday” movie and the studio has approved a budget for the film!!
