What’s going on everyone?! Hope everybody is having a good summer, enjoying some warm weather, and good music. On the note, here’s your Song of the Week! This week’s pick goes to Sacramento, CA artist Chuuwee with his track “Kamikaze” (Prod. by Ron Shaw). The beat starts out with that familiar elevator ambiance, adding a subtle yet on-point motion to the song’s message of being “elevated.” Chuuwee comes on with an entertaining, verbal visualization of the high life; a day in his life, that is. You may enjoy his creative take on the word kamikaze (a WWII Japanese suicide pilot.) Chuuwee is flyin high, and he’s killin it; his own version of kamikaze.
