What’s going on everyone?! It’s been a while, but I am glad to say that Hip Hop Hundred is back with another interview. This time I got the chance to speak with South Central, Los Angeles native/ MC – DUBB – about his come-up over the past few years, and his upcoming Mixtape titled – Never Content.” We discuss how he got into making music; the West Coast culture, and some of the influence Hip Hop has had on its growth. DUBB speaks on his relationship with Nipsey Hussle, and how the record “Don’t Take Days Off” came about. He explains what it means for him to work with an artist, and the chemistry that is needed to make authentic records. D.U.B.B. is an acronym for Determined Unique Beyond Belief, and when you listen to his music you’ll understand just how that name fits the hustle behind his art. Take a listen to the interview below, and get to know a little more about this artist on the rise. Never Content – Hosted by DJ Carisma, is set to drop Tuesday, January 14th – look forward to features from Nipsey Hussle, Iamsu!, Eric Bellinger, and more! Be sure to cop that, and be on the lookout for more info about the – Never Content concert – coming to LA on February 21st! Stay tuned to Hip Hop Hundred for more from DUBB and as always Stay Positive!
Shout Out to Young California, for supporting Real Artist’s on the come-up!
