What’s good everyone!? We are back with another interview! Today, we speak with Madison, AL artist G.Soulow. We discuss growing up in Alabama, inspiration, his new project Alive In The Moonlight and more! G. always brings high energy and creativity to his music!

1. Where did you grow up and what was is like growing up there?
Growing up in Madison Alabama wasn’t rough but it wasn’t easy you gotta deal with a lot of negativity and facades, once that happens u gotta decide if it makes you or breaks you but that’s any honestly.
2. Growing up what music inspired you?
Old school music like the time, Prince, Michael Jackson, Earth Wind and Fire because that’s what my dad would play even with rap from busta, to snoop, mystikal, 2pac and Biggie so I’ve always just wanted to make music.
3. What made you get into making music?
Going back to my last answer I grow up around it so I’ve always knew I would be an artist.
4. Tell us about your new project Alive In The Moonlight.
Sure, I was really just having fun experimenting with a different sound that I normally don’t do it I’ve recently started listening to like Carti and Sofaygo and alternative rap in just a whole and I really started to like it feel like this is one of the sounds that stick so y’all could be hearing this kind of music more often who knows.
5. What is meaning of the title?
I’ve always loved a clear night with a full moon the energy it give off from the light is amazing and I truly feel alive and relieved when I see the moon meaning I made it through the day and get to live on feel me plus the name just feels right for the type of sound on the project 😂
6. What current mainstream artist do you want to work with?
Sada baby, Playboi Carti, EST Gee, Lil Uzi, T-Pain, etc.
7. What do you want the world to take from the music you make?
I want the world to using my music and energy to heal and express there’s a lot of mentally wounded people out there and hopefully by listening to my music they can let out, and express any compressed feelings that they have weather it be anger, sadness, or lust what ever it is that they need to get out can hopefully be set free.
8. Any last thing you want the world to know…
Live life to the fullest never let no one put your down because the only person who truly know you is you and save ur energy for success.
