Talib Kweli releases his new record “She’s My Hero.” The record is dedicated to 14 year old Brenda Meadows, a young person who was facing a long priest sentence for shooting her father. Her and family experienced domestic abuse from the father. Situations like this a very tough for all to digest. Really tho, if a child had to make a choice like this – that’s insane.
