What’s up everyone?! I hope all is going well with you and yours. This past week, I got to check out the annual Smokers Club Tour at the House of Blues, in Hollywood. Each the tour consists of many artists upcoming and legendary. This year was headlined by, Method Man and Redman, along with Dr. GreenThumb himself – B-Real (of Cypress Hill.) Louisiana’s own – Trademark Da Skydiver – hit the stage first. He had a laid back performance and spit some chill raps. Next up, was Southside Chicago’s own – Mick Jenkins. Mick brought that Windy City energy and the crowd was vibing with him! Berner came out and did his thing, with a real chill presence. B-Real was up next – He hit the stage hard and performed 5 records back to back without stopping! After that, he talked with the crowd, and kept the music going. Method and Red hit the stage around 11pm. They brought the East to the West for sure, and their energy was over the top. They performed their hit records and brought some friends on stage with them. Method Man and Redman have been in the game for a while….once you see them live you will understand why! Hip Hop wouldn’t be the same without the type of vibes they brought forth that night.
