What’s Up Everyone?! I hope you all have had a positive and productive week. Today, I have a new interview with the creative Choo Jackson. Choo has a really laid back sound, nice flow, and a sense of humor to add to the mix. 1. Where are you from?
I’m from vero beach Florida , but I live in repp chambersburg PA.
2. How did you get into rapping/making music?
I’m pretty sure my brother got me into it. Like making me beat on the door jus for him to let me in the house . In middle school . Then I moved to pa in highschool I was in a group phresh muney. We created a decent buzz . Then I jus started to do my own thing . That’s the short version of how I got into it lol
3. Favorite movie?
Between boys in the hood, Friday , blade 2 .
4. How did you link up with Mac Miller? How was it touring with Mac last summer?
I linked up with Mac from mutual friends really we had met before he knew me from a song. And Quentin my manager really put everything else and works. Touring with him is great. It’s always fun like we jus did Canada together a while back . That was the best time of my life .
5. Your project Beer Flavored Pizza is really creative. How did you approach the project?
I approached BFP . Clueless of what I was doin man. I jus wanted somthing to make to help me kno what I been thru . And what I was becoming and that’s what BFP is .
6. What is your favorite type of pizza and beer?
My fav pizza is pepperoni pizza for sure .And my fave beer is Steel reserve 211.
7. I notice in your “Soul Food” video there were a lot of animals. Do you have any pets?
Yea haha I do actually. I have a cat named tiga . He’s a lil dickhead tho
8. How’s life going?
Life good you can always improve tho. Working on working hard
9. Any plans for summer 2014?
Yea to drop the best album I possibly can this year Slightly Dark. Tour , big songs .. Help people . The whole 9 yards.
