“I’ve been going through a lot for the past year or two. I’ve lost my mother, my home and almost my mind. True story. I felt in every direction doors were closing and people had no problem turning their backs on me. I always find it funny how when you have it all, so many people want to be around you but when you’re down and out nobody is there to support you. Isn’t that a shame? I have a song for that kind of situation here.
Through this, I’ve learned that God is faithful to provide an escape for everyone in times of temptation and dark places. Not only is this venting for me, but it’s a motivational record for someone who’s lost in the world right now and needs help. I feel my calling is to inspire the masses so that’s the direction I’m headed with every record I put out. It may even in inspire you.
