“After WuTang set was cut short due to an apparent storm warning at the NORTH COAST MUSIC FESTIVAL in Chicago at UNION PARK on 9-1-13, several Wu-Tang members took the show a few blocks up the street to the Cobra Lounge where a party was being held to Celebrate the release of U-God’s new project “The Keynote Speaker”. WuTang members grabbed the mic to spit several classic songs/verses and they shared plenty of liquor with the crowd in attendance. The venue was packed beyond capacity and it was a crazy environment…The front row was a wild place to be…. Classic WU!
WuTang rarely,if ever, do shows at small venues so this was a rare treat for all in attendance.”
